On September 14, Luckie held its Annual Meeting and Awards Celebration.
We use this time to reflect on our values as a company, celebrate each other and to recognize employees who have gone above and beyond in the past year. Each employee who received an award was chosen by his or her fellow team members and Luckie leadership. Congratulations to the 2017 recipients.
These individuals are the heart of everything we stand for at Luckie. They embody our company values in all they do, from their everyday attitude to the work they produce. These are the people who are always there when you need them most, even if that’s 5:30 p.m. on a Friday.
From L to R: Patrick Locke, Chase Simpson, Courtney Holt, Andrea Carver, Maria Aguilar, Jason Martin, Monique Bosier, Michael Tanner
MVP 2017: This person is the receiver that caught the winning touchdown pass, from 80 yards away, in a triple overtime, while it was raining, with one hand! They’re just that good. Whatever challenge is thrown at them, they deliver.
ROOKIE OF THE YEAR 2017: This individual is someone who has joined our Luckie family in the past year, but you would have never guessed it based on their confidence, stamina and the fact that they know your name, title and how you like your coffee.
Lea Anne Newton
B3 SANDWICH AWARD: Imagine it’s one of those days when nothing is going right, and the only light on the horizon is your lunch… which you left sitting on your kitchen counter. You walk into the break room hungry, frustrated and about to make a meal out of a stale doughnut when one of your co-workers smiles and offers you half of their sandwich. This is that person.
ROBERT E. LUCKIE JR. EXCELLENCE AWARD: This is our most prestigious award and is given to the individual who most closely emulates the genuine, good-hearted spirit of Robert E. “Ace” Luckie Jr. They set the tone for the rest of us at the agency; even on their worst days, they bring their best and motivate all of us to do the same. They are smart, kind, driven and probably triple checked this blog post for grammatical errors.
