Panama City Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau Names Luckie & Company as AOR

Panama City Beach, Fla., Birmingham, Ala. –
Visit Panama City Beach has named Luckie & Company their agency of record (AOR) after a months-long search for an advertising agency. Upon receiving the news, classic Beach Boys music could be heard up and down the halls of the agency’s Birmingham, Atlanta and Austin offices.

Visit Panama City Beach was seeking a partner adept at using data and insights to inform creative and media to help promote the Gulf Coast city as a year-round family vacation destination. “Luckie understood how to get us closer to our target travelers and presented effective solutions for expanding the reach and impact of our ‘Real. Fun. Beach.’ brand,” said Dan Rowe, Visit Panama City Beach’s president and CEO.

During the selection process, Luckie emphasized use of data and applied marketing science to help consumers select a vacation destination.
