Lately we’ve been wrapping our brains around a cloud-based health solution called Veeva. We recently achieved Level 1 Veeva CLM Certification and are in progress with Level 2 Veeva CRM Approved Email Certification at this time.
Veeva CLM (closed-loop marketing) offers us an additional avenue for sourcing valuable healthcare content and data. With this tool, we can quickly access and assemble pre-approved content modules into sales force presentations. Presentations are multichannel, and engagement is tracked at the customer level. This allows our healthcare clients to develop a better sense of who their customers are, to subsequently predict and deliver relevant content, and to strengthen customer relationships over time.
